These two halves are then rolled and patted in order to make a circle of about 14 inches on baking sheets or greased pizza pans. Finally the crust of the pizza is to be filled with cheese and beef and then baked at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes. When crust of the pizza turns golden brown then it is to be taken out of the oven as it is ready to be served.
This pizza can have six servings. It contains 289 calories. Total fat content of the pizza is 10 grams. It contains no trans fat and it contains sodium, potassium and proteins. One can make use of boneless chicken instead of beef. For the toppings of this pizza, diced white onion, diced jalpeno peeper, sliced mushroom and diced ball pepper can be used.
